What do you like best?

FORCAM technology enables companies to collect all kinds of signals and KPIs from machines of different types and ages (“Big Data” in production).

The user friendly UI allows manufacturing companies to get quick wins out of a complex environment and software.

Additionally, the capturing of a wide range of machine data and signals allows the design of new business models (e.g. predictive maintenance, predictive control).

What do you dislike?

The general over usage of the term “Industry 4.0” without a precise “Use Case”.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Connectivity for machines of any type, vintage and producer, especially older existing machines (brownfield)

- Investment protection due to the ability of connecting any kind of machine (no need to “modernize” the whole machine park)

- Standardizing the connection of machines with templates and plug-ins safes a lot of time (=money)
