What do you like best?
Inform ERP gives you almost unlimited control of your data. You have multiple ways of accessing the same information, multiple ways of working with it, and nearly every piece of data that connects from one part of the system to another is hyperlinked so you can click through from the Customer Ledger screen straight into an analytics table or sales order, view linked purchase orders and attached documents.
Support is also a great thing about Inform - the company behind the product supports it well, takes suggestions from the community and hosts periodic free webinars showcasing new and upcoming features, as well as paid training webinars designed to help companies make the best use of more complicated features like the Advanced Report Writer.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes having so many ways of accessing data can be a down-side, because it can make training new hires difficult.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Where Inform excels is putting data right at your fingertips. In our old system you had to run a whole sales report just to find the customer sales margin on an item. With Inform you can hover over the pricing and see a quick history recap displayed in a tooltip, or view a complete customer sales history for the item within 2 clicks. There is much less time spent looking for data, which means faster order entry and overall more efficient office operations.
