Advanced user of Fusion PlatformExterro's approach is unique in enabling users to quickly identify the most potentially relevant and responsive data "prior to" Collection. Compared to other solutions I've used, Exterro's platform is by far the most intuitive and easiest to learn and use.
The learning curve and end user adoption in large Corporate Legal departments can be steep and upwards of nine plus months. It's important that Legal departments budget for additional training and professional services from Exterro partners to help them over this hump especially for those attorneys who are either technically challenge or slow to latch on and adopt this newer solution.
With Exterro 's Fusion platform, users can quickly and easily identify custodian data sources, highlight relevant custodians, expand the scope of preservation by detecting relationships between custodians and concepts, then allow for collection, processing, and deep analysis of the relevant ESI-electronically stored information. Rather than outsourcing these same tasks to IT teams, ALSPs (alternative legal service providers), or external law firms, Exterro Fusion puts all these capabilities in the hands of legal users (litigation attorneys and paralegals), saving time, reducing overall legal spend, and increasing defensibility.
As previously stated above, Exterro Fusion platform enables users to quickly identify the most potentially relevant and responsive data "prior to" Collection. This is the single most important feature/benefit saving time, reducing overall e-discovery project spend, and increasing defensibility.
