Excellent DID provider

What do you like best?

What I like the most about Avoxi is its quality in the DID service, the audio quality is excellent and the support has responded adequately. I like its administration panel where I can manage my DIDs quickly and easily

What do you dislike?

The only thing technically speaking I would like to have the ability to change the type of codec, dtmf, etc of each DID from the control panel. Anyway, this has not been an impediment to do the job

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits that I have had with Avoxi is that they always have the availability to help when I need a DID, they solve me in case I do not get it and they look for the best solution, so I have been able to respond accurately to my clients
