A customizable system they won't help you customize
What do you like best?
The user interface in salesforce is gorgeous. I haven't seen the contact search feature this effective in any other phone systems I've used in the past. Not PCI compliant.
What do you dislike?
We've been trying to solve many issues with the system for quite some time now, and not found a solution. Most important, we have no clue if we are calling disconnected numbers or not. They just ring out with no answer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Integrates into salesforce like many other phone services. Phone calls require wrap-up, and the wrap-up notes immediately go onto the accounts.
