Advanced user of Phone Call ManagerI can see who in the office is available, chat or call thru the app. Also, like that there is a caller ID function so I can see if I have missed any calls, and call them back with the click of the mouse.
Sometimes the status of users are not updated very quickly. When they first log in and try to send a message it will say this user is not available.
If you want to keep connected with your co workers, this is a great feature.
