What do you like best?

CompAccelerator's ease of use and flexibility is top notch! The administration to set up the system is fast and agile. And more importantly, the business leaders I've worked with on CompAccelerator sing its praise, touting it as one of the most efficient, easy-to-use software platforms they've ever operated.

The customer support from Dartican is unmatched as well. They are very attentive to customers' needs, providing a consultative role that helps anticipate and solve any issues before they turn into problems.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about CompAccelerator.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In my previous role as a Dartican client, we were faced with a complex shift in how our bonus plan was administered outside the corporate office while our comp planning process was "live". CompAccelerator provided us a flexible and agile platform to make adjustments to our planning process rapidly and easily with no disruption to managers' planning that had already been completed.
