What do you like best?
Workday Benefits is a must have for any business with more than 10 employees. The benefits management system allows employers to remain free of all the hassle of keeping up with Worker's compensation claims, time management, insurance renewals, etc. Most Corporate Businesses utilize Workday Benefits because the hassle free system is able to allow new employees to maneuver through the hiring process with a breeze. All you need is an email, password, and your employer Id already loaded into the system by the employer HR team.
What do you dislike?
The downside to Workday Benefits system is once you are locked out of your account the agents working at Workday aren't able to access your account. You will have to wait for Business Days and Hours from your employer to receive information. The Human Resources Department must unlock your account on their end. One thing I would recommend is for the Workday System to be able to assist employees during non- business hours.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Workday Benefits allows the human resources department to crat accounts in a timely manner for new employees. The system has allowed us to reach our goals everyday especially with new hires. When starting my business will be using Workday Benefits for our Human Resources Department to allow us to be able to work diligently and productively.
