What do you like best?

I like that it is easy to navigate and the information is straight forward

I also like that the search bar is very easy to use and straight forward. It also allows me to see all the information linked to the same aPPlicant as well.

I liked that you could also easily link into what the applicants are seeing when they inquire.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the landing pages usually had information not pertinent to what I was looking for

A very good tool for keeping candidates and information organized between individuals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Fountain in order to view applications from different applicants and use it to help communicate with them, as well as see what communication has been had with that individual to that point. It is a very good communication too and keeps all the information in one area so we are easily able to communicate with them.

With fountain as well, we are able to easily see any double submitted information
