Easy to set up, fast results, and findings that are straightforward but also very thorough

What do you like best?

QUICK! Great customer service. Thorough results that are also super easy to read and actually use. Sometimes with user testing it's difficult to take all of the findings and summarize them into actionable next steps, but WEVO takes the guess work out of that, making my job a lot easier and saves me a lot of time.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was an overlay of comments on the heat map. Sometimes it is hard to summarize issues with one particular component (let's say a header) without the heatmap AND the comments -- so it'd be nice to have a better visual representation of these findings. Or...a word cloud above each element that was commented on? So if when users are providing feedback on imagery, if there are words that are used over and over again, having those on the screenshots would be helpful.

Cost *could* be a blocker in some cases as now every client can afford it -- is there a way to get a statistically valid test by having a "mini" version of WEVO? Something that didn't cost as much as a normal test does.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely take the WEVO team on their offer to help you set up your first test. This is extremely helpful in learning what types of goals you want to set, which in turn will help deliver data that is impactful and useful for your project.

Think carefully about the audience that you want to reach. I realized that my first test was too broad -- I needed my results to be more narrow in terms of education level and salary, but I didn't set those up properly at first.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

WEVO helps me to help clients see opportunities for their site to be improved -- with data!

There is also a good visual component of WEVO that helps clients to see where they may be leading or falling behind industry averages, which I think is helpful.
