What do you like best?

MyWave Connect is a great tool to share with employers to be find what they are looking for. It is an automatic engagement solution for clients to find the resources they need them such a flyers, sample forms, newsletters, educational pieces, etc. I like that it is very simple for the client to navigate through. I think my favorite thing about this site to tell the client is that if they can't find something there is an HR hotline where someone will answer right away.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike about this site. Everything that the client needs is right there in front of them. I guess the only dislike would be the amount of emails that are received from them. I get them on a daily basis and think its a bit excessive and would rather receive an email every couple of days or keep it to a minimum of twice a week.

It is a fantastic resource for clients. I highly suggest it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

MyWave is such a fantastic resource for clients. While the client can still come to me with needs of forms or educational pieces, it is much faster and easier for a client to go through the portal and get it right away then having to send an email to me and wait for a response. I have realized that it frees up my time to help the client in other ways, while they can still go to the site and get exactly what they are looking for.
