Easy to organize documents, All documents are securely stored and easy to access. You can classify documents by folders such as client name so all documents relating to a particular client are located in one place. Easier for teams to collaborate as all team members can access the documents as required.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes its difficult to find documents using the search bar.

Our organization uses it to store all our client documentation. Files are classified by client. Client emails are also stored in virtual cabinet. Since its a central storage system its makes it easier for the entire team to access the document when required.
