The tool I depend on most

What do you like best?

What I find most helpful is how granular you can make your searches from one person to the next or when digging into the profile of a company that fits a specific market we show resonates with our products and services. Integrations also make it helpful to work interchangeably between your company toolchain and zoom. Specifically Salesforce and Inbox with both Google and Outlook which I've used both. The predictive search is the most built-out I've seen in a solution drawing from contacts and companies as you type making it easy to find out what you're looking for fast. The major upside that is most helpful is how intuitive the design is. It's clear they factored basic human design to help navigate the huge database they've gathered and refined.

What do you dislike?

Having a lot of info at your fingertips takes time to organize and customize to your specific territory or areas of interest. This can take up some time but only has to be done once and everything after that is saved and or automated. My advice is to take full advantage of the help and training they offer. There isn't a shortage of them and it's always something they are offering. Sometimes getting the most out of the platform require a deeper dive than I think most professionals are willing to go. Building dashboards and a personalized homepage can be daunting but it's a tool you grow into overtime as you learn to interact with it and continue to pull it up as a resource in the many integrations you'll find it has overall.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Getting yourself set up can be done during some of the initial training. Take full advantage of the resources that you can set and forget.

The InboxAI is constantly keeping track of my priorities and allowing me to leverage the latest information relevant to my prospects. The analytics we employ to ensure we are targeting decision-makers with the right titles and leverage to promote and champion a product is critical. Gathering scoops regarding a company's position in the market helps us align our product with their needs.
