What do you like best?
It has a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface that allows me to perform multiple activities in a fairly simple way, the ease with which it performs the calculations is quite surprising which allows me to perform my administrative tasks in terms of calculating taxes from one much faster, simpler and more efficient, which has been a great help in my e-commerce to expand my clients in a much easier way, the customer service team is simply great, they respond in short periods of time in a very friendly way and above all with the exact solution to your problem.
What do you dislike?
To be honest, I have no major complaints about the use of this application, it may be that it has many problems in terms of performance in the sense that the image gets stuck or the system stops responding, but nevertheless it is enough to contact support technique and in less than 10 minutes the problem will be solved.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has been being of great help to me to boost my e-commerce in a quite simple way by allowing me to simplify the administrative calculations concerning the calculation of taxes and shipments, where I have never been able to make an adequate estimate every time I try to do it myself , but nevertheless with Zonos I have removed these headaches in a fairly simple, easy and fast way.
