Good CRM product with excellent capabilities and excellent customer service.

What do you like best?

I love this product for its design for Apple, it is really beautiful, and I also like that I can attach all emails immediately from the sidebar. It works very well in a correct way, it is specially designed for Apple users, it does a good job and increases communication in the team when we collaborate together. And besided, the customer servie is excellent at all time.

What do you dislike?

The price is somewhat high, but it is not so bad, because its characteristics deserve it. I would like them to improve their interface a bit and especially in the calendar part, because it can be confusing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's easy to use and implement immediate access to all your devices and excellent customer service; I recommend this product to you.

The experience with Daylite is positive. The main benefit is our automated leads, project delivery management, sales opportunity management, document collection, and tracking of all daily information; everything is going as expected.
