Advanced user of ZiplyneHands down was the usability and non-existent learning curve. In our diverse spaces, we have varying degrees of knowledge and abilities, Ziplyne came out as my winner on most fronts. The software is super-easy to learn and I obtained results literally in minutes. Within a week of use, you can be an expert. Additionally, we are able to monitor the Zips through the dashboard and ensure operation and usage as our sites change in the background. Everyone that has been exposed to Ziplyne has found value with further deployments. They also have a lot of future enhancements coming which increase the breadth and usage across the enterprise.
There is nothing major to dislike - the software continues to surprise me with new features.

Many, for many different applications. I have built Zips for our custom sites and applications as well as standard software used across our large environment. We have found success with onboarding staff, assisting with learning on new releases of in-house software and upgrades as well as feature notifications. We are currently exploring using it in our UAT with it's RPA abilities.
