Confusing Information Sharing

What do you like best?

I like that this website allows for a forum where scripts can be stored. I also like that there is the ability to edit the scripts, upload them to a tree, and branch out all of the scripts from one central hub.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, there are a lot of things I do not like on the app. The app does not allow for thorough understanding. The people who work for the company do not reach out to ensure you know how to operate the system. There is no communication from their team to ours. I also do not like that the scripts are extremely difficult to upload. When uploaded, you cannot see the actual nodes of the tree. You have to click the trick then the node to access the script. The nodes also do not always save properly, and almost always repopulate into a different format.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get very familiar with the website before uploading scripts and nodes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved the issue of making sure all of our customer service reps have access to our scripts. We were having issues with our team members saying the wrong thing, or not saying exactly what was on our script. This service allows for us to get the same script to every single customer service rep we have in the country. They are able to access the script and speak identical to what another representative would be able to say. A lot of our other representatives seem to like the service, but I find it very confusing.
