What do you like best?

Allows you to manage all the inquires of your clients in one single platform. Also connects seamless with Prestashop

What do you dislike?

There is no chance to get also the phone calls in the same platform

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Managing the client support with only emails using outlook or google was a nigthmare. Once you need more than one agent chaos is always present. With Zent.io all client questions got traze and are easily assing to any member of the company.
