Great way to measure and evolve company culture

What do you like best?

We love how easy Zeal's engagement bot is to use and get started. There was no long implementation cycle, and the onboard process was simple and easy. Because it's so quick to respond to Ava, our employees seems to really like this process and are providing insightful feedback we were not getting before. In just a few months we were able to collect actionable data and have already been able to implement changes based on our employee suggestions.

What do you dislike?

I'd like to have more options with scheduling. For example, I'd like to ask the eNPS question to everyone each month, as opposed to the current randomized option.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try. It's inexpensive and so much better than standard surveys.

Our employees don't mind it as it's so quick to respond, and they like playing around with the Ava bot

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Employee Retention! Our company has gone through significant transitions in the last couple of years. We needed to be able to monitor how employees were feeling as changes happen so that we could act proactively. Being able to collect and track data on an ongoing basis has enabled us to save employees, that might otherwise have left or disengaged.
