What do you like best?
Great data analysis and reporting formats. Data pull is very easy from zarca - one click solutions. Some formats like bar chart data pull is so quick and client ready which saves alot of time.
What do you dislike?
The question types are not as comprehensive but they're always making upgrades which is helpful. I think the biggest limitation is when you want only certain answer options to appear for respondents as a follow up to the previous question, it doesnt let you do that for question types.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use survey platform so it you're looking for a decently priced software with a great bank of questions and easy reporting features, this is for you.

Surveys. We use it for internal as well as client survey projects. There are no limitations on responses and the number of surveys you get to take with your subscription are endless. Great pricing too.
