What do you like best?
Ease of building calling areas! Uploading leads quickly! Buying DID's in the crm ! Sending out emails // texts to clients in the portal. The IVR, Setting up phone #'s that have exclusvie ring groups. Being able to assign exclusive agent extensions, omitting information as needed.Giving access and taking away access on certain portions of apps. Agent monitoring features as well as agent to agent listening features., being able to forward voicemails from person to person. instant messenger in the application. being able to BROADCAST things to your entire sales team from your screen. Transferring calls from person to person. Call recordings being easily downloadable. Making scripts and selecting who can view what. Selecting who can call what. Making exclusive list. Being able to call one area heavier than the next. Being able to look at property value year of home how many bed and bath in the app. SO MANY fantastic features.love the floor maps easy to identify my old team members from the new ones with simple changing of the floor map person shape
What do you dislike?
not being able to get the texts and emails back in the portal but retrieving them externally.
not being able to retrieve dropped calls recordings
remembering to lock phone #'s to campaigns
remembering to add dispositions to campaigns when new leads are uploaded to make a new campaign
how a random number is displayed that is not in your list when you dont select one even thought you have the feature one to auto match by proximity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please look into it its work it the pricing is great. Its very easy to use once you get going on the application.
You can access if from anywhere. It works on mobile platforms as well!Great support team if you need help they are always available. And if you have any suggestions they will definitely be able to accomodate you and see if its something that can be implemented rathe quickly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Some light dispatching issues. No inputting we had another app we were using and they didnt have anything to input the information from one system to another so we are keeping it in the app and sending out everything from it now. all call recordings can be pulled up and are tracked from each stage it was sent it makes everything much more accurate from initial caller to finishing up the project with not much external reporting
