Advanced user of Workday RecruitingBefore workday recruiting we used ICIMS and used workday for all other HR processes. Now it is all integrated and there is less disconnect between recruiters and HRIS
We are still working out kinks, but it has worked pretty well so far. There have been only a few adjustments we needed to make per new hires.
If you use workday for any other HR process, such as HRIS, benefits, etc, it is so useful to have workday recruiting in the same place so I would recommend it and it is very easy to use.
Inputting employees in was all a manual process done by the HRIS team, leaving room for error and now this eliminated this!
