Woodpecker has Terrible Customer Service. Difficult to connect Outlook email. Don't recommend them
What do you like best?
The automated email campaigns are nice and you can set the hours and days for distibution.
What do you dislike?
Very difficult to connect Woodpecker to Outlook. Requires changing DNS records and adding TXT info. Matt at Woodpecker continues to make changes and increase Pricing. Woodpecker used to be a very user-friendly software. Now, it is more hassle than it is worth. They have become too big and are no longer customer-focused. Better to find another solution. Matt does not respond to emails or inquiries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you have a degree in Software Engineering, find a better bulk e-mail solution.
Woodpecker had some excellent features, but Matt is chasing the money and has made the software difficult to use. His customer service people do not care about the customers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Cold call emails and bulk emails with some automated followup is a good feature.
