What do you like best?

Great variety of prospect-engagement tools: rate leads based on their activities, put them automatically on lists based on their activities; contests, sweapstakes, and other "gamification" lead-gen tools; pop-ups of multiple types (slide in, exit, ad-bar, etc.).

Truly one of the most complete and fairly easy to use platforms I owned in the past close to 2 decades.

Customer support: EXCELLENT! (quick and super-helpful)

What do you dislike?

Some of my eMail campaigns took 10 to 20 minutes - at times even more - to send out, AFTER someone opts into a form on my website. In past tools I used, the most it took was 5 to 10 minutes; usually, the messages would show up in people's inboxes in seconds after they opted in. Regardless of this, the benefits outweigh this small negative; besides, it gives me a chance to say honestly on my Thank You page that "Your freebie will be in your eMail inbox in about 10 minutes... meanwhile, watch this video..." I turn the negative into a positive.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need an intelligent autoresponder, eMail Automation, lead-generation tool that has all the bells and whistles one needs to connect with leads and sell more effectively, I highly recommend Wishpond! Initially, perhaps not as "intuitive" and easy to use like aWeber or 1ShoppingCart, BUT, customer-support is super-responsive and once I know where everything is, it's a pleasure to use it. It's also definitely more complete, with way more features, than services I used in the past, hence perhaps a little more complex. However, after using it for a few months, I confidently use it daily.

For a while I used three such services. By now I transfered all of my automations to Wishpond. I love it ♥
