What do you like best?

Socialshaker is a great tool for getting social media followers involved with your brand in a slew of contests. There's often a significant amount of value that comes from this type of engagement in my experience because once people start to engage and follow your brand, they're unlikely to unfollow or unlike you in the future.

I think the photo contest saves lots of time and the scratch off game appeals to a specific audience. It's a great little gamificiation tool.

What do you dislike?

There's always customizations we all would love to see with the specific ways you can make things work. Make weighted questions within the quizzes and include segmentation would be awesome as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Often trying to find new social media followers is tough. We've been able to run simple contests that have shown to increase the overall engagement and following. It's a great way to activate our audience and mix up the content.
