What do you like best?

I enjoy the ease of using Launchpad to get into our work interface. It keeps everything combined requiring less additional logins.

What do you dislike?

I don't care for the fact that if one function goes down you have to log back into everything from the start, it can take longer to get started back up.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work in sales and this is how our system starts up. I find it beneficial for security above all else.
