Great way to shortlist and hire.

What do you like best?

I like how easy and simple the process is. Something that is usually stressful and never ending is much simpler with weirdly and makes a huge difference in the process.

What do you dislike?

I have had some hiccups while using weirdly, maybe it's because of my quizzes or maybe it's not, but there have been times where unqualified candidates have been shortlisted. I don't know the reason behind this hiccup. I feel like there should be more questions asked me before creating the quiz, instead of leaving the editing of questions to me. The whole point of using this software is so that I don't have to go through the trouble of quizzing candidates.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great software, but I wouldn't put it out as your one and only method of shortlisting candidates.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

To hire for my private designing company. I don't have many employees, but what I have, I've mostly used weirdly. Since I've used other methods as well, Weirdly is definitely one that I would recommend to my colleagues.
