We love a few features on the system such as, ability to see when a customer has viewed a quote/invoice, linking jobs to field engineers as and when to keep the workflow up to date, also the associated app used by our engineers can collect signatures of customers upon completion of work.
It a cliche but we have no dislikes, as the webfletch customer services allows us to contact them for issues and possible requests. There are also regular updates to all systems that keep everything up to date.
Start using the free trial, the CRM product in my opinion is generic for most businesses but may not suit all as this is i believe still in the early stages but it is a fundamental part of our business. I think as long as webfletch continue to listen to their customers then this system will only get better.
