We absolutely love 7shifts. It is easy, clean and insightful which makes scheduling a breeze.

What do you like best?

My favorite part about 7shifts is having scheduling and time clock in one place. You can decide parameters with which time clock is automatically approved or not. This makes payroll go so much quicker. There are also helpful reports, such as Variance Report to see why employee's time clocks may be off from schedule. There are many features on the scheduling side that are helpful: desired hours tracker, total hours/labor projection per day, availability issue notifications, time off requests easily noticeable. And employees can be organized in many ways, such as location, department, and role. We absolutely love 7shifts!

What do you dislike?

Reporting could possibly be a little more robust, but ultimately, we've been very pleased with the entire product, including reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just do it. It's the best scheduling app out there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling and Time Clock is a breeze. Monitoring labor costs is easy. We work with many part-time students, so scheduling can be difficult with difference availabilities each semester. But 7shifts makes it all easy.
