Effective & COVID-Safe Application

What do you like best?

We implemented MyPal Time as an effective and safe way to continue tracking timecards/hours for employees upon the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The geo software allows for facial recognition which has been a tremendous alternative for those who are warry of touching objects that others frequently touch (& ensure they are attaining their pay).

What do you dislike?

We had several hiccups in the beginning of implementation getting all applications online within our clinic/servers. This issue quickly resolved with the assistance of our IT Team & the support team at MyPal Time. No other issues to report.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

MyPal Time has been a great alternative for our organization to continue an effective timekeeping software that our employees felt their health & safety was taking seriously as we faced a global pandemic. The geo technology to utilize facial recognition ensures a touch-free approach to employees being able to effectively manage their timecards.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The integration of MyPal Time has alleviated the issue of many individuals touching the timeclocks in order to clock-in / clock-out of their shift. This minimizes the additional risk of spread of COVID-19 amongst our clinic staff, a safe alternative to ensure our staff feel and remain safe while working through a global pandemic.
