What do you like best?

The simplicity of the platform navigation and the way the platform is constantly evolving - always looking to make things as easy as possible for users. The customer service we receive from our account manager Lisa is second to none as well, truly outstanding communication. She is always looking to help us get the most out of the platform and provides plenty of insight on how to do this.

What do you dislike?

I guess from our perspective, it would be good if the "not-matched" percentage of users we are seeing visit the website was lower, giving us as much opportunity as possible for personalisation, but I understand the difficulties there are to achieve this

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our bounce rate and conversion rates have improved drastically, and that is only with a small amount of personalisation in place. We are currently implementing a full strategy for Webeo so that its functionality is considered throughout the whole marketing arm of our business
