What do you like best?
I've tried at least 7 services in the email verification/hygiene category. Webbula is head and shoulders better at identifying bad email addresses. This includes risky addresses as well as invalid addresses. They have been able to identify spam traps that other services could not identify.
What do you dislike?
Several of the competing solutions have a nicer UI.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Webbula to clean all client CRM data before importing the data into a marketing automation package. Having clean data helps to maintain our client's email sender reputation, which helps with inbox placement.
