What do you like best?

It is easy to use. It works without any sort of problems or glitches. I like that I always have the same code, so that the respondents don't need a new code for each question that I might ask. It is highly customizable which allows me to gather the necessary details I need to determine the necessary changes our processes require.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found any yet. However, there's is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, it's great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy to learn how to use it. very friendly and all this plus other features makes me recommend it to other people.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This system really allows us to get real time reaction from our respondents hence we can easily save their responses to individual questions and use them as a database of how perceptions and positions change over time.
