Poor Initial Product

What do you like best?

The userface in theory, is good. It is not a difficult software to learn based of its user friendliness.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the quality of the products infrastructure. It freezes and always needs to be troubleshooted by IT. VM has many bugs there needs to be a un update!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It solved our cloud management needs; this helped with remote VPN access.
