What do you like best?

This software was a great software when first released. I think it was ground breaking, and allowed for a lot advancements in Fire and EMS reporting software.

What do you dislike?

I do not think that my department maintained the software. With that said, I also feel that the system was not user friendly. Took a lot of time to complete a report. Our turn around times were horrible when using this reporting software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly look into other software, unless Visual Fire made vast improvements. I would highly recommend Image Trend. A lot of great features, easy to use, and one software with multiply functions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to complete our reports, and sent them to the state. That was just a check in the box, but I realized that there had to be something better. Something easier to use, and more efficient.
