Visix: better interface needed, training and prepackaged templates standout!
What do you like best?
Appliance based solution, pre-packaged templates. On-going support is excellent. In our situation, they were very helpful in coming on-site multiple times to provide no only training to end users, but support of technical issues.
What do you dislike?
Cost, dependency on windows os. I would like to see more attention on cloud solutions. I find the interface far too complex and poorly designed. There are too many screens- would prefer a more stepped through process. One major issue is that the devices need to see the outside internet to work, in some environments, this is not easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be certain to take advantage of their excellent training program from the beginning, throughout implementation, and throughout usage. It is best to start with them right from the beginning.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Large scale enterprise management of digital signage is well implemented. The training offered is some of the best I have seen or used. Would like to see more integration with resellers of their products and training.
