Great Desk Booking Software

What do you like best?

Easy to use, intuitive System. Perfect for managing "Back to Office" Tasks during Covid situation, but of course will be helpful too after that.

What do you dislike?

Some options/menu items etc. are not where supposed to be. For admins, it's sometimes a little bit tricky, e.g., when you want to bulk update multiple desks, there should be an option for doing that. Currently, you have to select each item and edit it manually.

For vendor dashboard (cleaning team) there should be an option also to see the desks in the floorplan. At the moment there is just a list view and it's not practical that cleaning staff can't see which desk (number) is in which office.

We manage all our desks, including installed hardware over Condeco. So it would be nice if we could use the report section to create a report where we can see which/how many docking stations type x, or monitors type y we currently have. At the moment, that's not possible because you can't select custom attributes in reports.

Overall, the report section should have more features.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Manage "Back to Office" task during the pandemic situation. Manage all desks and spaces to make a secure environment for all colleagues.

To get an overview of the currently used workspace and make decisions regarding new office space in the future.
