What do you like best?

It enhances the productivity for creating Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and instrumentation diagrams. It is user friendly and cost effective.

What do you dislike?

It lacks the ability to export different formats and also lacks aesthetic suggestions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Preparing flowcharts and case diagrams. I have been making UML diagrams for my work and VISIO helps in finalizing the development model.
