UserZoom + Intellizoom = True agile UX research
What do you like best?
I'm able to get usability research completed in days. One of the biggest hurdles for me in the past has been the ability to deliver timely designs, but still make time for research. Because I can launch a test and get results so fast, this research has become a seamless part of my process.
What do you dislike?
There are some bugs that make it really difficult to test images. They don't have a bulk image upload option, so when I do card sorts of images it can take up to an hour to upload 40 images. (Overall I think their image upload tool needs a serious overhaul).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Complete the training in UserZoom academy. There are some powerful features I see other users miss out on because they haven't done the training. They also have great tips on how to make UserZoom a seamless part of the journey.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
UserZoom allows me to perform research as part of an agile team. It means I am able to deliver a user optimized design before Dev works on it. I am also able to continually benchmark and test our website to see where the biggest opportunities for improvement are.
