What do you like best?

Capable of accessing and controlling the application over cloud, even compatible with mobile phone anywhere from the world. Preset your configurations, either program to follow the schedule or update, modify on the fly to impress anyone watching the screen current.

What do you dislike?

Would have been much better if there is only one exclusive access to the tool at a time, even with multiple user accounts associated with the account. If a user controls the application, any other user on the account can intentionally or accidentally change the display on fly, which is not so welcomed.

Easy steps to configure, control and use. If you are planning on impressing anyone with your live or recorded videos USERFUL is the only tool to look forward. We did a comparison with other tools in the market, did a researched, reviewed and finally selected USERFUL as the tool meets, checks more secure environment to have the data stored and displayed which are business critical.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Presenting robotic process automation from a small screen even for an 86 inch television or projector can override and gives an better impact to our Clients when they are presenting on a silver screen. Making the first impression and magic creates revenue.
