Excellent Tool for Sales and Account Management

What do you like best?

Simplicity and easy to use in combination with extensive functionality for a more advanced user experience.

What do you dislike?

Using a Mobile device and/or tablet is relatively difficult from a "touch" point perspective. Any user with shaking fingers or hands will have significant issues using Upsales from a Mobile device.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have a clear and well internally established strategy for what, where and how in regards to changing or taking on a new CRM tool such as Upsales. Take advantage of the very knowledgeable Up sales Staff when setting your strategy

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Previouse "in-between staff communication issues" has been solved using Upsales, from a Sales and Marketing perspective. We also now have a much more detailed Customer Profile where we dont need to jump in between different systems to get a good overview.
