It can be difficult to program as not everything is intuitive and user friendly.
There can be a steep learning curve to initially configure the system. Additionally, you will most likely need at least one employee to learn how to administer and program the system which can be time consuming.
We are backfilling behind vacant positions very quickly according to and following all contract parameters. The benefits are numerous as it saves us from having to calculate who would be next up for a vacancy as well as providing easy ways of displaying who is working and when. It also solves reporting problems for us.
