What do you like best?
Although the program is just starting in my company, I like the upgraded differences I see already. The integration of Flex with some programs we are already using is bound to prove useful and hopefully make my job safer for everyone.
What do you dislike?
As any new program comes into play, the first few times takes a lot of adjustment. I only have concerns about the massive amount of options Flex offers. Sometimes too much can be bad, although I don't believe it will be the case here, I still worry we may get lost within.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is still in its infancy with our company but I like the way Flex is adapting to our needs. I hope they come through with all of its promises to make the adjustments we need.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The greatest benefit Flex offers us now is the integration of programs and its mapping features are superb. The biggest problem we had was with duplication of names with the AS400 and its not so user friendly appearance. Flex has shown it can resolve those issues and its overall modern appearance and user friendliness will benefit us greatly I am hoping.
