What do you like best?

I like the welcome discount that they offered initially. That was great

What do you dislike?

I didn't like they charged a service fee and also that drivers can cancel your food order at any time. It's also very difficult to get a refund bc of limited CSR hours

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you understand there is a service delivery fee for every order no matter what. It shows up right before you enter your payment info

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helped us have food delivered on the go so that was great. Just the cost was a little high
