Not the greatest - inconsistent results.

What do you like best?

Ability to export certain data from an iPhone - something iTunes generally doesn't allow.

What do you dislike?

Results were inconsistent - it wasn't always easy to connect to EVERY device and sometimes exports would cause the app to crash.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When trying to help a client recover specific data the app has sometimes been helpful, although we use other solutions with better results.
