Advanced user of TyntecI like that it is a precise and exact tool with each function it offers, it is quite practical if I need it for a specific function. It has been quite useful to me regarding the mass sending of messages, before it was quite tedious to be able to customize our service and sending each message in particular took a lot of time and work. Now with Tyntec we automate the work and reduce the time we invest in sending promotional campaigns through messages. It is possible to coordinate exactly how often messages are sent and to which particular clients. What I like the most is the two-way messaging where we can send and receive messages, so we receive questions about our proposals. It is possible to customize the messages to send recovery codes or even coupons. At the end of the day I can carry out a complete analysis and generate reports to visualize the work management carried out.
I only have one complaint about it, it would be ideal to have a more attentive customer service, it only responds at certain times of the day, and when we have a problem it is difficult to solve because we do not have immediate assistance. On the other hand, the software is fluid, with adequate tools and a broad interface.
