Easy to organize contracts, members, and employees

What do you dislike?

It's hard to delete members so sometimes a duplicate member is shown when they resign up

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Signing up for memberships, signing contracts, billing. The benefit is not having to deal with insurance memberships.
