What do you like best?

DSP is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Simple tasks of classes, tuition, seasons are at your finger tips. It's an affordable monthly fee compared to other softwares. They continue to implement changes based on user feedback.

What do you dislike?

Customizing classes, tuition, “if-then” exceptions are difficult. If your studio isn't the same across the board, it may become hard to opt out certain classes, routines, students from fees, emails, etc. it seems that many communications are an all-in or all-out task. It would help if you could be more selective in and able to go to a deeper level excluded clients from certain communications.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great option when starting out or opening a studio from the bottom up. Still determining if it's the right solution as our studio grows and gains clientele

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our biggest issue was tuition, and DSP has made it easy to auto-charge clients. They have also made it easier to copy clients and classes from year to year without having to input and double work on inputting information.
