Advanced user of TrueLookI like how it is easy to set up the camera. We took it out of the box took out some packing material plugged it in and the camera worked right away. The Truelook dashboard is easy to use and you are able to see all of your projects at once. Once you are in the Truelook dashboard you are able to select what project you would like to view. Once in your project, it is really easy to navigate thru the different features within Truelook.
While using the controls on the PTZ camera it takes a little while for it to move you so you have to patience with it. So if you click on Live Video it takes a few minutes to log in once you are in things work smoothly until you start to pan. Once you click on the arrows to move the camera it takes about 30-45 sec for the camera to move. It is not the end of the world you just can't be in a hurry.
We needed a camera that we could do a time-lapse with and also be able to have a little bit of security for our construction site. We had an owner asking if we were able to create a time-lapse of us construction their building. We also needed a camera where we were able to secure our site as well. The PTZ camera from Truelook gave us the ability to be able to do still photos and live video feed.
