Great tool for process mapping, cloud based
What do you like best?
Ability to link procedure, links and instructions to each step of the process. Triaster is also cloud based so all you processes are available to every users once you load them.
What do you dislike?
It's quite difficult to use and in order to load files you need to install a software called process navigator. It's not the easiest tool to use but I became more familiar in the last weeks as I used it more intensively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Triaster is a great tool if you have a need to organise all your procedures, standard works and process maps in one place and make them accessible to everybody. It's not the easiest tool to use but once you have created a process map you can link standard works or other info to each step, in order to make the process easier to understand. If the map looks big, Triaster gives you the option to create a second level map. We are currently using it quite intensively at work and we are getting some good results.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In my company we are trying to use Triaster to collect all info related to a particular process and put them all together in the tool. Since we started using it, we now have generated more than 100 maps and this is helping the organisation in order to be more efficient.
